1.防静电地板铺设
机房工(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)中,地(di)面工(gong)程(cheng)是一个很(hen)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)组(zu)成(cheng)部(bu)分,机房地(di)板(ban)一般采用抗静(jing)(jing)电活(huo)(huo)动(dong)地(di)板(ban)。活(huo)(huo)动(dong)地(di)板(ban)主(zhu)要(yao)由两部(bu)分组(zu)成(cheng)。a)抗静(jing)(jing)电活(huo)(huo)动(dong)地(di)板(ban)板(ban)面;b)地(di)板(ban)支(zhi)(zhi)承(cheng)系统,主(zhu)要(yao)为横梁支(zhi)(zhi)角(jiao)(支(zhi)(zhi)角(jiao)分成(cheng)上、下托,螺杆可以(yi)(yi)调节,以(yi)(yi)调整(zheng)地(di)板(ban)面水平)。规格主(zhu)要(yao)为600*600mm。铺设高度:350±20mm,一般电阻(zu)值1×107—1×1010ω之间,分布载荷:大于1500kg/m2。

2)配电柜
机房(fang)往(wang)往(wang)采(cai)用机房(fang)专用配(pei)电(dian)(dian)柜(ju)来(lai)规范机房(fang)供配(pei)电(dian)(dian)系统(tong)(tong),保证机房(fang)供配(pei)电(dian)(dian)系统(tong)(tong)的(de)安全、合理。配(pei)电(dian)(dian)箱、柜(ju)应有短路(lu)、过流保护,其紧(jin)急断电(dian)(dian)按钮与火(huo)灾报警联锁。安装完毕(bi)后(hou),进行(xing)编号,并标明箱、柜(ju)内各开关的(de)用途以便于操作和检修(xiu)。配(pei)电(dian)(dian)箱、柜(ju)内留有备用电(dian)(dian)路(lu),作机房(fang)设备扩充时用电(dian)(dian)。
4.精密空调系统
机(ji)(ji)(ji)房(fang)精(jing)(jing)密(mi)空(kong)(kong)(kong)调系统(tong)的任务是(shi)(shi)为保证机(ji)(ji)(ji)房(fang)设(she)备(bei)能(neng)够(gou)连续、稳(wen)定、可靠(kao)地运行,需(xu)要(yao)(yao)排出机(ji)(ji)(ji)房(fang)内(nei)设(she)备(bei)及其它热(re)源所散发(fa)的热(re)量,维(wei)持(chi)机(ji)(ji)(ji)房(fang)内(nei)恒温恒湿状态,并控制(zhi)机(ji)(ji)(ji)房(fang)的空(kong)(kong)(kong)气(qi)含尘量。为此要(yao)(yao)求机(ji)(ji)(ji)房(fang)精(jing)(jing)密(mi)空(kong)(kong)(kong)调系统(tong)具有送风、回(hui)风、加(jia)热(re)、加(jia)湿、冷却(que)、减湿和空(kong)(kong)(kong)气(qi)净化的能(neng)力。机(ji)(ji)(ji)房(fang)精(jing)(jing)密(mi)空(kong)(kong)(kong)调系统(tong)是(shi)(shi)保证良(liang)好机(ji)(ji)(ji)房(fang)环境(jing)的最重要(yao)(yao)设(she)备(bei),应采用恒温恒湿精(jing)(jing)密(mi)空(kong)(kong)(kong)调系统(tong)。
5.监控与门禁系统
监(jian)控(kong)布(bu)点机(ji)(ji)(ji)房(fang)中有大量的(de)服务器及机(ji)(ji)(ji)柜(ju)(ju)、机(ji)(ji)(ji)架。由于这些机(ji)(ji)(ji)柜(ju)(ju)及机(ji)(ji)(ji)架一般比较高(gao),所以监(jian)控(kong)的(de)死(si)角比较多(duo),因此在(zai)电视监(jian)控(kong)布(bu)点时主要考(kao)(kao)虑各个出入口,每(mei)一排机(ji)(ji)(ji)柜(ju)(ju)之间安装摄象(xiang)机(ji)(ji)(ji)。如果在(zai)各出入口的(de)空间比较大,可考(kao)(kao)虑采用带变焦的(de)摄象(xiang)机(ji)(ji)(ji),在(zai)每(mei)一排的(de)机(ji)(ji)(ji)柜(ju)(ju)之间,根据(ju)监(jian)视距(ju)离,配定焦摄象(xiang)机(ji)(ji)(ji)即可。如果机(ji)(ji)(ji)房(fang)有多(duo)个房(fang)间的(de)话,可考(kao)(kao)虑在(zai)ups房(fang)和控(kong)制机(ji)(ji)(ji)房(fang)内安装摄象(xiang)机(ji)(ji)(ji)。
机房门(men)禁系统多采用(yong)非(fei)接触式智能ic卡(ka)综合管理(li)系统。该系统可(ke)灵(ling)活、方便地规(gui)定进入(ru)机房的(de)(de)人员、时间、权限(xian),防止人为因素(su)造成(cheng)的(de)(de)破(po)坏,保证机房的(de)(de)安全(quan)。
6.消防系统
机(ji)房应设(she)(she)(she)气(qi)(qi)体(ti)(ti)(ti)灭系(xi)统,气(qi)(qi)瓶间(jian)宜设(she)(she)(she)在机(ji)房外,为管网式结构,在天花(hua)顶上设(she)(she)(she)置喷嘴,火灾报警系(xi)统由(you)消(xiao)防控制箱、烟感(gan)、温(wen)感(gan)联网组成。机(ji)房消(xiao)防系(xi)统应采用气(qi)(qi)体(ti)(ti)(ti)消(xiao)防系(xi)统,常用气(qi)(qi)体(ti)(ti)(ti)为七氟丙烷和sde两种(zhong)气(qi)(qi)体(ti)(ti)(ti)
